Scrapbook Notification will help you notifiy that you have receive scraps by giving scrap alerts either in yours homepage or through Email , this feature is helpful while scrapping with yours friends but this features some times creates problem in some browser especially in Internet explore Or sometime irritaing Users.So to get rid of this problem just untick the scrap notice as shown in image below and if you want to get alerts tickmark again to it, choose anyone of the option to get alerts either by email or through notices , or you can choose both also.but choosing email alerts will increase yours email inbox.
