Spamming and Flooding Orkut Communities Topic with Illegal and spam content is very common among Orkut users , and this problem is generally faced by community owners and moderators specially when they manage there communities in weeks or months .
Spam in Topic will reduce the popularity of communities and also reduce the interest of Users if moderator or community owners are not blocking all those users who are spamming community regularly .

From yours community page Click Edit profile ,Scroll your mouse down and mark only owner and moderator can create forum topic for blocking topic and mark only owner and moderator can create polls for blocking polls .
