Orkut has introduced New feature For Community Owners Now you can Add Co-owner into yours Orkut Community to Handle yours Community from different sources .Orkut has Granted Co-owner Some more Power then moderater in a Community .

Power Of Co-owners >> In a Community there are upto two Co-owner Only He can perform all actions which the original owner performs but he cannot Edit the Community Description and ban the original owner from the community He can delete all posts of the original owner from the community He can delete or Banned anyone from the community except the owner of the community ,If owner Gets deleted due to some reason Co-owner can gain access to that Community But Co-owner Have to wait for some weeks to get all Such Powers.One advntage of co-owner is that if the community is deleted, the co-owner can undelete it and become the owner.

Note: When a community is transferred or deleted, any previous owner or co-owner within the last 15 days can assume ownership of the community by clicking the ‘gain ownership’ link visible only to them. The owner or co-owner who had owned the community earlier will have priority for assuming ownership.
