Loading and starting the Windows Live Messenger Gtalk ,Yahoo mesenger , Rediff messenger or any other messenger when Windows starts slow down the whole system startup process but you can disable this whole process
Here’s how to disable and turn off auto-start of Windows Live Messenger Yahoo Gtalk and all oother mesenger to forbid, prevent and stop Windows Live Messenger to automatically starts up.
Removal of Yahoo messenger from Startup ,
- Open Yahoo messenger and Login to your account.
- Click on Messenger - Preferences click on the General category in Preferences.
- Uncheck the checkbox “Automatically Start Yahoo Messenger” and Click Apply and Ok. Restart your system
Removal of Windows Live Messenger from Startup ,
- Open and Signin Windows Live Messenger .
- Press Alt key to reveal menu bar, then click on Tools and select Options. It’s also possible to click on Show menu icon after the “Search contacts or the web” box.
- Alternatively, click on the logged on contact’s name on the top of the Messenger client window, and select Options.
- Select General or Sign In on the left pane.
- Deselect and uncheck the Automatically run Windows Live Messenger when I log on to Windows check box. Click ok and you are Done
Startup removal Google Talk (Gtalk)
- Open the gtalk click on settings
- Uncheck go to the general category and uncheck the option “start up with windows” and click apply and ok.
- Restart windows
Follow above process to stop any of above messenger to Load at Startup automatically
